
Stuffed Bell Pepper Cream Chicken

- •1 package Herb cream cheese
- •3 pieces Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
- •2 cloves Garlic
- •1 piece Dried chili pepper
- •1 cup Cream
- •1 cup Sour cream
- •1 tsp Tomato paste
- •125 ml Vegetable broth
- •1 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
- •1 tsp Hot paprika powder
- •100 g Gouda
- •20 g Starch
- •Rice
- •Salt
- •Pepper
Zubereitung

Wash and dry the chicken fillets. Cut a pocket into each fillet and fill with cream cheese. Then place them closely together in a baking dish.

Sauté salt, pepper, starch, chili, and pressed garlic in oil. Add paprika powder and tomato paste, deglaze with broth, and briefly bring to a boil.

Stir the cream and sour cream into the sauce and season with salt.

Cut the peppers into strips and place them over the chicken fillets. Purée one pepper and fold it into the sauce.

Pour the sauce over the chicken fillets and sprinkle with paprika and cheese.
