Zutaten

  • 1 1/2 packs low-fat quark
  • 1/2 packs cream quark
  • 1 pack vanilla pudding powder
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1/4 pack butter, melted
  • 5 pieces egg yolks
  • 200 g sugar
  • to taste lemon juice
  • 3 pieces egg whites

Zubereitung

    Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a little salt until stiff.

    Mix the remaining ingredients. Carefully fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.

    Grease the pan well or line it with baking paper and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C fan for 3/4 hour. If the cake gets too dark, cover it with aluminum foil halfway through the baking time. Then let it cool in the oven for 1/2 hour.
